Unable to work at the park today
Been off for two previous days
Went to the Doctor but got no treatment
Feeling unwell inside my body

My stomach is aching
All the time
My head is spinning
Lack of concentration

My spirit is losing the battle with the reality of this life
My freedom depends on the dollars I have earned
Am I even capable of completing each and every task set by the boss of the park
One after the other
Day after day

Beyond their instructions is their intentions
Get it done for the one
Who pays the wage of the stage

The money from the big men
The big business
Those willing to buy a ride
