Feeling rage again.
Controlled and calm on the outside,
Blood boiling and skin crawling beneath the surface.
I said he said she said who said

In circles we run
And its not much fun
Triggering the ignorance
There are no winners

Quite shaken up
With all that fuss
Lost and confused
When openess is all I want

These complicaated emotions
New to me
Wanting stability
With a little humility

Plagued by an illness
I think I've lost my mind
My body is screaming
And I don't seem to know why

Breathe
Relax
Stay calm
This too shall pass
