Lay down and kiss the ground
But instead hold true
To being you

Unnecessary arguments
Of right and wrong
The debate goes on
You're always so strong

Redefine your belief
To bring you less grief
Accept each other
They're like no other

You know you love them
Sent from heaven above and
A gift to you they
Will one day

Come to the realisation
End your procrastination
Take a leap of grace
And just save face

Even when you're right
And struggle with all your might
Don't go to bed at night
In the middle of a fight

Come to an understanding
Be less demanding
Don't be commanding
Don't be reprimanding

Agree to disagree
Then you can be
Both set free
For all to see

Let go
