Mindless or Meaningful

Who decides what is worthy or not
Is it someone who just forgot
That the world isn't all suits and cake
And there are people who aren't as fake

When the person who wants to tell
Finds the receiver just wants to yell
And judgement rings in their ears
As the words fight their own fears

Why will people reject everything now
Can this be simply because of how
That rejecting makes them rise high
And pushes down those who can fly

What will happen to those who went
Down the path of the seldom spent
If only they gave a chance
To the person they caught a glance
