Is today the day that I can say I've found a way
To stay
And I may just relish in this day
I made it through
Without you
Without anyone else

I passed the tests
All of them today
I made it right
I did what I had to do

I took her advice
I finally listened to what mum had to say
If only I wasn't so stubborn
And this may not have happened in the first place

The final reading was great
And I have lost our little debate
She was right all along
I can hear it in her song

Just listen to those who know
And it will go to show
What you too can do
To get somewhere true
