Trying to find a way
To put into words
The heartache that I feel
And the pain I have heard

Not knowing what the future
Will have in store for me
This child of mine will grow
And a part of it all it will be

How to find the viability
The impacts of responsibility
Will we be able to safely say
Everything will be ok

Unknown elements at play
Trying to seek the truth of the day
Forever searching for a better way
And hope it will all be ok

A job
A house
An income
A spouse

Together we will make it though
And find peace to be so true
Pray for a brighter day
We will find a way
