This is a poem.
I'm sorry if it's long.
These are my beliefs.
I don't care if I'm wrong.

No one religion can be right
No one religion can be wrong
For each is just an idea
To explain what's going on

There may be a being
We can call the one as god
Or maybe it's just seeing
Beyond our own self

Opening our minds
To endless possibilities
Who to say what's real
Or the reality of it all

God is hope
God is love
God is the universe
And all that entails

Beyond our minds
Beyond imagination
Beyond today or tomorrow
An infinite divinity

All that is good in the world
In some way
Can be attributed to a positivity
A positive energy flowing

The idea of god
Or gods
Is one which helps people
To give physicality to parts of reality

The parts of reality which we struggle to explain
The parts of reality which we seek to understand
No more than an idea
No less than a belief

Acceptance of all possibilities
Is truth
A higher awareness
For the greater good

May god bring you peace
May god make you smile
The wonder of the world
Should last you a while

Magic is real
Trees can talk
We may be from stars
And the wind will whisper

Whatever god is
God is apart of the universe
A collective idea
Which has power and manifests

Your own experiences influence your beliefs
So as our lives differ
So will our ideas
God may be one thing to you and another to me

God does good deeds for me
God shows me truths
God speaks to me in meditation
And god holds my fate

The angels to me are a part of god
The spirit guides too
God may be a whole realm
Beyond this one
