Push back and put up your palm

So the man has told you to keep going
Where will you end up?
Not doing anything you enjoy
Each and every day

A slave to the dollar
To make another pay
Most of us do not have a safety net
But we keep climbing the cliff face

Why aren’t we wealthy and rewarded
For the things we most enjoy?
