A few years I spent my time
Chasing a feeling I couldn't find
The blissful nirvana I thought I once had
I chased this feeling until almost mad

So hard to describe this feeling inside
A freedom and belonging and pride
So beautiful this feeling
Sends you through the ceiling

Connected to nature and the universe
All negativity seems to disperse
Happiness fills up your heart
How to find it I don't even know where to start

The people and places
Their smiling faces
Music and art Devine
But yet it is so hard to find

In your essence
In tune
At one with all that is
Chasing that feeling since we were kids

I have healing to do
On myself and the truth
My memories are all I have
Any they are the proof

This world of magic
This world unfair
This world full of tragic
Do if you dare

With the wins have come losses
With the triumphs defeat
But that feeling of wholeness
Is worth to repeat
